By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:
Design & Artistic Interpretation
All cakes are handmade and may vary slightly from reference images. While we strive to honour your design preferences, we reserve the right to make adjustments where needed for quality, structure, or aesthetics.Photographs & Promotion
We reserve the right to photograph all cakes and use the images for marketing purposes, including on our website, social media, and portfolio. We will never share personal client information without consent.Allergens & Ingredients
Our products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or eggs. It's the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any allergies when placing an order.Storage & Handling
Instructions for proper storage and handling will be provided at pickup. Once the cake leaves our care, we cannot be held responsible for any damage due to transport, storage, or mishandling.Order Confirmation & Payment
Full payment is required to confirm your order. No order is considered booked until payment has been received.Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, each order involves significant time and care well before baking begins - including design planning, communication, and sourcing of materials. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled pickup / delivery date:
→ 80% refund.
Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the pickup / delivery date:
→ 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the pickup / delivery date:
→ No refund, as preparation and production will already be underway.
Rescheduling:
→ We will do our best to accommodate changes, however, rescheduling within 7 days of pickup / delivery may incur additional charges.
Please note: any pre-purchased decorations or custom items will also be deducted from the final refund amount.
