  • We kindly ask for a minimum of 7 days notice for all orders. This allows us to thoughtfully plan, design, and prepare your cake to the highest standard. If you need something sooner, feel free to reach out - we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.

  • All orders must be made through the form on our website. Once we receive your enquiry, we’ll confirm availability, discuss your design preferences, and provide a quote. Your order is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

  • Absolutely! All our cakes are made to order and can be customised to suit your theme, colours, and occasion. You’re welcome to share references or simply describe your vision - we’ll bring it to life with care and creativity.

  • Minor changes may be possible up to 10 days before your pickup date, depending on the nature of the request. Please note that changes may incur an additional charge, especially if extra work or materials are required. Get in touch as early as possible to discuss.

  • Our cancellation policy is as follows:

    • Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled pickup / delivery date:
      80% refund.

    • Cancellations made between 8 and 14 days before the pickup / delivery date:
      50% refund.

    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the pickup / delivery date:
      No refund, as preparation and production will already be underway.

    • Rescheduling:
      We will do our best to accommodate changes, however, rescheduling within 7 days of pickup / delivery may incur additional charges.

    Please note: any pre-purchased decorations or custom items will also be deducted from the final refund amount.

    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible — we’ll always do our best to assist.

  • Pickup is our standard option. However, we do accommodate a limited number of deliveries depending on availability and location. Please send us a message to check if delivery is possible for your date.

  • Our cakes are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and soy. While we do our best to accommodate allergy-friendly requests, we cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.

  • Yes, we reserve the right to photograph all cakes and use the images for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and marketing materials. We will never share personal client information without consent.

  • Layered flavour combinations are sometimes possible, depending on the size and structure of the cake. We’re happy to discuss flavour pairings and guide you through what works best.

  • Yes! We can source custom toppers, fresh or dried flowers, and other decorative elements for your cake. These are quoted separately based on availability and style.

  • Cakes must be kept refrigerated until about 1 to 2 hours before serving. They can be displayed on a table for longer periods, but we recommend avoiding direct sunlight and keeping them away from high temperatures, especially during warmer months.

  • Our cakes stay fresh for up to 5 days if stored properly in an airtight container in the fridge. If you'd like to save leftovers, you can freeze the cake in pre-cut portions, wrapped properly in food-safe packaging. It will keep for up to 2 months.

  • Yes! We create bespoke wedding cakes tailored to your style, guest count, and flavour preferences. For weddings and larger events, we recommend getting in touch at least one month in advance to ensure availability.

  • Our cakes are delicate and require special care during transport. To ensure it arrives safely, always hold the cake from the bottom rather than the sides. Place your cake on a flat surface, ideally on the car’s floor, and ensure the air conditioning is on to maintain a cool environment.

    For the best experience, we strongly recommend following the pickup instructions we’ll send with your cake, as well as the guidance provided when your order is finalised. This will help you transport your cake with ease and confidence.

  • Yes, you absolutely can! A fake tier is a great option if you want the look of a multi-tiered cake but need to adjust for budget or guest count. While the fake tier helps with size and appearance, please note that the cost for decorations remains similar since the work involved in decorating is still significant. This option allows you to keep the beauty of a tiered cake without the additional servings.

  • Our menu has been thoughtfully curated to offer flavour pairings that are harmonious, balanced, and well-tested. However, we're happy to explore custom combinations with you, as long as the flavours complement each other and maintain the quality we aim to deliver. Let us know what you have in mind - we’ll guide you on what works best!

  • All serving sizes listed on our menu are based on dessert portions. If you’re planning to serve the cake as part of a larger dessert table or prefer finger slices (smaller portions), the cake may serve more people. We’re happy to guide you on sizing based on your event style.

  • The portion style depends on your event. Weddings typically serve finger slices (smaller portions), while birthdays and casual celebrations often opt for larger dessert slices.

    Also consider whether there will be other desserts available or if the cake will be the main dessert. If you're unsure, don’t worry - we’re here to guide you and help determine the right size for your event.

  • We offer a variety of beautiful add-ons to personalise your cake and bring your vision to life. Some popular options include:

    • Custom cake toppers (personalised names, numbers, or messages)

    • Fresh or dried flowers

    • Gold or silver leaf accents

    • Themed decorations (edible or non-edible)

    • Macarons, meringue kisses, chocolates,  fruits

    • Ribbons, stencils, or textured finishes

    • Handmade sugar decorations
